Privacy policy
Short version: we collect what you send us on the estimate form, we use it to get back to you about the job, and we do not sell it to anybody.

Who we are
Double D Estate Cleanouts is a family owned cleanout and hauling business operating across the Phoenix metro in Arizona. You can reach us at (480) 304-0550, 7am to 9pm, 7 days a week.
What the form collects
The estimate form on this site asks for your name, your phone number, and the service you need. Email, property city, timing, contact preference and extra details are optional. We do not ask for an address, a date of birth, or any payment information anywhere on this website.
What is collected automatically
This site sets no cookies. It does not use local storage, session storage, advertising pixels or social media trackers, and it does not build a profile of you or follow you to other websites.
Two things happen automatically. Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs which include IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running. Fonts are hosted with this site. We count visits using Fathom Analytics, which is a privacy focused analytics service that uses no cookies, does not collect personal information, does not track you across other sites, and only tells us aggregate numbers like how many people looked at a page, clicked a call or text link, or sent an estimate request. Form values are never sent to Fathom. Nothing else on the page calls out to a third party.
How we use it
To call or text you back about the job you asked about, to give you a price, and to schedule the work. That is it. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not send marketing.
Phone and text consent
When you submit the estimate form you are agreeing that we may contact you about that request by phone, text or email. Message and data rates may apply. You can tell us to stop at any time by replying STOP to a text or by telling us on the phone, and we will.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, which hosts this site and handles the form. Notifications go to Diane and our website partner, TMN Creative, so we can respond to your request and monitor delivery. Netlify hosts the site and Fathom Analytics counts visits, and neither receives your form details for any purpose of their own. We do not share your information beyond the providers and people described here, and we do not sell your information to anybody, for any purpose, ever.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries while we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. If you want yours deleted, ask and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfect, but we do not store payment details or sensitive personal information on this website at all, which is the best protection available.
Your choices
Call us and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will honor any rights Arizona law gives you, and we will not make you jump through hoops to use them.
Children
This site is for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Links to other sites
If we link somewhere else, that site has its own policy and we are not responsible for it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
